Sam and his team are very knowledgeable. They were very patient with us explaining the different types of window treatments from the very beginning and guide us through the whole process. My wife and I are very happy with end result. The shades definitely elevated our living room space. The photo does not do shades justice.

Easy, pleasant experience. They were on time with everything as they said they would be (showed up when scheduled, told me it would take 3-4 weeks and were installed 4 weeks after placing my order). This visit was for repair of shades that were purchased years ago. A couple of the cords weren’t working right a couple of the gears needed to be replaced and that sort of thing. Everything‘s working like new now and they gave great service. I would definitely recommend them or use them again anytime.

I initially went to the store looking for help with a previous window shade that had a part that broke. They took measurements of the part and directed me to an online store where I was able to order the part I needed. I went back and ordered a shade for my dining room. The shade is installed and looks great. Great customer service all around.
