Once you're in our showroom, we'll discuss your budget and the project size and go over the details of your home. After your consultation, we'll schedule an in-home appointment to take precise measurements and determine all preliminary costs. You can expect fast availability from our team for your convenience — we'll typically have your in-home appointment booked less than a week out.
In-Home Appointments
Once we're on your property, we'll zero in on the needs you're seeking from your window coverings and help you choose the products that will meet your needs and stay within your budget. We're honest folks, and we pride ourselves on our ability to determine a preliminary estimate for our customers once we can see the full scope of the project. Our diverse selection of Hunter Douglas window treatments is top-quality and ensures that you can find the perfect fit that balances your home's needs and budget.
During your in-home appointment, we'll perform comprehensive, professional measurements so that your window treatments are made precisely enough to fit your windows perfectly. After completing our measurements, we'll review the final design choices to ensure your satisfaction. We conveniently offer electronic payment options to ensure a seamless transaction process.
White Glove Installation
You can expect a 4 to 6-week turnaround in manufacturing your custom window treatments. Once they arrive to us, we'll call you to schedule a professional installation. Before installation, we assist you in preparing the space, and our dedicated team provides white-glove service, leaving your home nice and tidy. Our installers use special shoes to protect your floors and uphold our commitment to excellence.
On-Going Support & Maintenance
Following our white glove installation, you can expect us to reach out after a year so we can assess your window treatments to ensure they're performing perfectly. However, we're proud to provide ongoing support and assistance with any needed window treatment repair during your window treatments' lifespan.
